Okay, but what ARE they?

Creative Inner Explorations are gentle, client-led sessions designed to help you step out of mental noise and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

Together, we sit in a meditative space, allowing whatever arises (sensations, emotions, images, memories) to be noticed and welcomed, without judgment. 

I’ll offer simple, open questions to support  your inner journey. Nothing needs to be changed or adjusted; the practice is about giving space to what is already present and letting it unfold in its own way.

​​​​The guiding thread of my work is Resta Lieve  (Italian for Stay Soft).

It’s a reminder that softness is not weakness, but a quiet, resilient strength that allows us to be present, open, and truly connected
to ourselves.

Resta Lieve is about moving through life with gentleness, honouring your inner rhythms, and giving space to the parts of you that are often overlooked in the rush of daily life.
In our sessions, I will guide your inner exploration with care.
There is
no need to push or force yourself, and certainly no need to fix anything.

My wish is simply to meet you
exactly where you are

and to help you listen to what wants to be heard and felt in that moment.

Gentle Companions

Alongside the sessions, I may suggest supportive practices like dream journaling, automatic writing, or drawing. They’re simple ways to check in with yourself between sessions, nurture your inner dialogue, and gently deepen the exploration at your own pace.

The Questions I’d Probably Ask Too

Q: What exactly is a session with you?
A: Think of it as a gentle exploration of your inner world. Through guided attention, noticing sensations, emotions, and images, we create space for what’s alive in you to unfold naturally. No performance, no fixing.  Just curiosity, softness, and presence.

 

Q: Do I need experience in meditation or therapy?
A: Nope! Come exactly as you are. Whether you’ve been sitting on a meditation cushion for years or you’ve never tried anything like this before, the practice meets you where you are.

 

Q: How long does a session last?
A: Sessions usually last about 60 minutes. Enough time to settle, explore, and gently return.

 

Q: How much does it cost?
A: A single session is €70

Q: Is this therapy?
A: Nope. I’m not a therapist. This is not a medical or psychological treatment. What I offer is a safe, compassionate space for self-exploration, which can complement therapy or stand on its own.

 

Q: What if I get emotional during the session?
A: That’s more than okay — emotions are part of the process. Tears, laughter, silence, or anything in between are all welcome here. You’ll be safely held throughout. Before our session, you’ll also receive a short questionnaire where you can share your needs and any concerns, so I can support you in the best way possible. My intention is always to create a space where you feel comfortable to just be as you are.

Q: I’m a little scared of going deep. Is that normal?
A: 100%. Many people feel that way! That’s why we go at your pace. You can stop, pause, or shift at any time. The practice is not about pushing but about welcoming.

 

Q: Do you work online or in person?
A: Sessions are available online. You just need your device, good Wi-Fi, and a quiet space where you fill comfortable.  Option to have your favorite beverage and a notebook handy, to jot down or sketch anything that feels meaningful.

Q: What language are the sessions in?
A: I offer sessions in English and Italian.

 

Q: How do I book a session?
